The service pump supplies gland flushing water to the dredge pump packing, water to the cutter drive bearings, and water for deck wash connections.

The hydraulic pump is a two-section pump serving the cutter head motor, swing winches, spud winches and the ladder winch. The hydraulic system is protected by relief valves and fitted with replaceable in-line filters. The hydraulic system has an approximate capacity of 400 liters (106 gallons).
