Aquatic weed and reed harvester

The vessel harvests aquatic vegetation efficiently: a single operator in the cabin can perform cutting, collection, water draining, transport, storage, unloading, navigation and other tasks. It has a powerful aquatic weed harvesting function and a water surface cleaning function, and can successfully collect all kinds of floating debris.

The vessel offers high speed, a wide harvesting width, few blind spots, safe operation, a wide navigable area, easy control and a high degree of automation.

The front, middle and rear sections of the vessel consist of high-strength stainless steel conveyor belts fitted with stainless steel hooks. The average load capacity of each stainless steel hook is up to 1 ton, so the weed caught in the water is held firmly and securely and does not slip back into the water. The conveyor belt is strong, has a high load-bearing capacity, is easy to replace, and its hooks reliably hold the aquatic weed.

The vessel is equipped with a pair of horizontal cutting blades at the bottom of the harvesting unit, a pair of vertical cutters (wheels) on the left and right sides, and a set of mechanical collecting wheels, which can not only harvest weeds but also remove floating objects from the water.

The boat is propelled by twin paddle wheels, so it will not become entangled in weeds or fishing nets while moving. It can turn on the spot to minimize the turning radius.
