Floating hotel (project)

The pontoon pier is designed for mooring and servicing yachts and yacht crews. The pontoon pier is a stationary (non-self-propelled) vessel and is installed on spread-mooring anchors in a bay protected from sea waves. Temporary buildings for the pier's service staff are located on the pontoon pier.

Vessel class under the 2004 edition of the "Rules for the Classification and Construction of Small Vessels" of the Shipping Register of Ukraine, including bulletins 1, 2, 3. Navigation area according to the class: 3rd coastal, coastal zone of inland seas.

Additional restrictions: mooring on spread-mooring anchors is intended in sheltered waters, bays and inlets.

The design, arrangements and equipment of the pontoon pier comply with the requirements of the 2004 edition of the "Rules for the Classification and Construction of Small Vessels", taking into account bulletins 1, 2, 3.

Given that the vessel is intended to remain permanently in sea waters on spread-mooring anchors and cannot move to choose the most favorable position relative to dangerous wind and wave directions, the vessel's stability has been checked in accordance with the 2002 edition of the "Rules for the Classification and Construction of Sea-Going Ships" of the Shipping Register of Ukraine. These Rules contain specific stability requirements for stationary sea-going vessels.
