Concrete mixer

Compact 1 m³ Concrete Mixer
A compact, mobile concrete mixer with a 1 m³ drum mounted on a light truck chassis is a fundamentally new approach to the economics of construction work and related services. Traditional 5–15 m³ concrete mixers are, as a rule, expensive specialized machines available only to large developers and contractors with substantial resources who are engaged in large-scale projects.
Meanwhile, the market is increasingly fragmenting. Small repair jobs, construction of small structures, landscaping – all of these often require cement or fine-aggregate mixes, as well as mortars with heavy fillers, in volumes that make using a large concrete mixer impractical. In such cases, the optimal solution can be a 1 m³ concrete mixer mounted on a light truck chassis or a trailer. High mobility, the ability to deliver various mixes to places inaccessible to large machinery, low maintenance, servicing and repair costs, no associated material losses, and lower qualification requirements for the driver-operator – all this makes this type of machine a versatile solution for almost any situation.
A mobile 1 m³ concrete mixer is affordable, easy to service and repair, and undemanding in terms of operating conditions. It will help you carry out a wide range of construction work or set up a business selling and delivering concrete and cement mixes with a minimal payback period.
The key advantage of this solution is high mobility. Thanks to its small weight and dimensions, a compact mixer for concrete or cement mortar can reach places inaccessible to a large vehicle. The same feature makes it the optimal choice for work in parks and recreational areas, as the risk of damaging finished landscaping and structures is minimized. Finally, such a vehicle can be driven by an operator holding a category C1 or BE licence (when a trailer is used), or even category B. On top of that, the modular design allows the mixer to be dismounted quickly, turning the vehicle into an ordinary light flatbed truck.
At the same time, using a large mixer when only 1–3 cubic meters of material are needed is also economically unjustified: concrete losses in the drum of such machines reach 0.3 cubic meters, and their fuel consumption cannot even be compared with the economy of light trucks. Nor should one forget the need for a full category C driving licence or for hiring an employee with the appropriate qualifications.
The advantages of compact mobile concrete mixers do not end there. The list is almost endless, and the most important points are as follows:
Delivery of small batches has a low cost and accounts for half as large a share of the total price as with a large vehicle;
A wide range of construction jobs or concrete delivery orders, since it is much easier to find a buyer for 1 m³ of material than a customer who needs 5 cubic meters or more;
The ability to deliver not only the mixer but also the concrete itself to the most hard-to-reach places by installing a specialized pump;
Preparing a mix with specific properties using such a mixer takes minimal time;
Costs of owning, servicing and repairing the mixer and paying the driver-operator are reduced;
The area required to set up production of concrete and other construction mixes can be reduced to as little as 200 square meters, which also significantly lowers rent and associated costs.
