WATER-SWELLING AND
OIL-SWELLING PACKERS PNV AND PNN

PNV and PNN packers can be installed both in
the casing string and in the open hole
of a well, and used at various stages
of well construction, including when completing
sidetracks as a back-up
device to improve the quality of
sidetrack completion in the interval between the
liner hanger and the window milled in
the production casing.

Packers with sealing elements made of
swelling elastomers can also
be used for effective and reliable
zonal isolation in the construction of
horizontal and multilateral wells,
to improve cementing quality,
in assemblies for controlled zonal
isolation with FSO filters or KRR devices, and
in many other well completion
and zonal isolation operations. The PNV and PNN
swelling packer is designed to
isolate the annulus in an open hole or
casing string.

HYDROMECHANIZATION

Flexible inserts instead of ball joints are a
modern solution to the problems of ball
joints in discharge pipelines. Flexible rubber
inserts are made of wear-resistant rubber with
an inner diameter from 159 mm to 920 mm,
providing a pipeline axis bend angle of at least
12 degrees in either direction.

A floating pipeline with a universal
plastic float is suitable for
use with electric and diesel
slurry pumping equipment.

Floating discharge pipelines are used for
reliable positioning of the hydraulic
transport system on the water. Floats for flexible
discharge pipelines are made of materials
resistant to external mechanical
impact, and rubber-vulcanized flanges
eliminate the risk of pipeline rupture at
section joints.
