Economic indicators:

Provided that the length of the pipeline is 300 meters and the conventional geodetic lift is not more than 5 meters, this model nominally produces 30 m³/h or 370 m3 per 10 hours of operation. With a sand density of 1.4 tons per m³, the weight of the extracted sand will be 500 tons.

The energy consumption for extraction of 500 tons of sand will be 370 kWh per 10 hours. Nominal consumption of diesel fuel for 10 hours of operation 370 kWh x 0,210 l/kWh = 63 liters. From this calculation we conclude: To extract 500 tons of sand, should be used 63 liters of diesel fuel is needed. Fuel costs per ton of production of sand is 63 liters/500 tons = 0.1260 liters per ton.
